Our storyA Hyderabadi idea,
A Hyderabadi idea,
grown up abroad.
Bowlbhai started with a simple question from a Hyderabadi living in the US: why can't we have that fast, build-your-own bowl at home, made with the food we actually grew up on?
American bowl chains got the format right: a fast line, fresh food, everything your way. But the menus are built on pork and beef, and the flavours stop at chipotle and lime.
So we kept the line and rebuilt the menu, with ghee roast and gongura, Apollo fish and mirchi ka salan.
